Kim's company had a traditional costume competition last Friday. One of her colleagues thought that it will be a great idea if she joined in the fun. So what transpired after that was, her colleague loan Kim her kimono. Kimono is Japanese traditional attire and not Hanbok which is Korea's traditional costume.
Anyway, the end result, Kim got 2nd prize for the competition. I knew she would have bagged something. And prize was $100 voucher for CK Tang departmental store. Kim of course split this 50-50 with the kimono original owner as a token of gratitude though.
If it were me, hmm...maybe I would have just nicked the $100 prize all for myself......
