Realm of Cyberspace

Recently not sure if any of you caught the news on China having virtual police patrolling the cyberspace. Once in a while, net surfers will get occasional pop ups from your friendly cyber police for 13 major portals based in the Chinese capital.. Cute, but kinda creepy if you're happen to be in a prohibited zone if you know what I mean.

Pentagon will neither deny or confirm in June, their system shutdown was due to infiltration from People Liberation Army (PLA). And the recent visit of Germany Chancellor Angela Merkel, the topic of cyberpsace enforcement was also brought up. Her office and its ministries were also infiltrated with Trojan Horse programs from China.

While the world has evolved in terms of Net espionage and cyber attacks, I find it amusing that our PDRM are still grappling in its infancy basic understanding of the cyberspace. The recent run ins with RPK and Tian Chua and Nathaniel Tan has clearly portray an incompetent force when it comes to governing the cyberspace.

So next time if you go to China, dont be surprised that another pair of eyes are watching you when you surf the net.
